Send us video of your swim stroke and Bob Bruce, 2003 US Masters Coach of the Year, will personally review, analayze, provide audio commentary as well as outline drills to improve your swim stroke.
Our state-of-the-art video editing tools will take your video show
you your swim stroke in slow-motion. Seeing your stroke in slow
motion allows you to see angles you would not otherwise see. Watch
your swim stroke in front of your big screen in the comfort of your
own home.

Bob Bruce — Bob is a Level
5 ASCA (American Swimming Coaches Association) certified swim coach
and was named 2003 United States Masters Coach of the Year. He has
once again been honored to be the head coach of the US team represented
at the 2004 FINA Swimming World Masters Championship in Riccione,
Italy. Bob has 30 years of coaching experience and recently completed
the USA Triathlon Level I Coaching Certification Clinic...and taught
the section on swimming!
Barb Harris — Barb is a former NCAA champion
and Level 3 American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA) certified
coach and is working on her Level 1 USA Triathlon coaching certification.
What
do I get back and how long does it take?
We will take your video (VHS, Hi8, Digital 8, CD or DVD formats)
and transfer it to CD ROM, DVD, or return to you in the same format
as your raw video - your choice. We will add detailed, voice-over
analysis of your stroke(s) and identify the areas of your stroke
that need improvement. We will also provide you with a list and
explanation of key drills to work on for the areas identified.
We will return your raw footage with the analysis within one week
of receiving your video.

Process
Download and fill out the submission form. It includes all the information
we need from you as well as hints & tips on how to get the best
results from your video footage.
But I don't have a camera....
You can rent an underwater camera from United
States Masters Swimming for a very nominal fee, record it on
your own video camera and mail it to us. We will review, and record
our comments on a new version of that video and mail it back to
you!
Don't want to use an underwater camera? We'll review videos that
your buddy or spouse shoots from above the water as well (however,
we can see more information with the underwater view).
