2008 registration is now live via SignMeUpSports

A note about registration in 2008:
FreshAirSports has made a commitment to reduce waste, recycle and in other ways contribute to a healthy environment (see our sustainable sporting page for more details - coming soon). We are asking all Haulin' Aspen participants to register electronically. As such, the online registration fees are being 100% absorbed by us - there is no extra fee to you as a participant! We hope you understand the importance of this decision.

Individual marathon* – before July 15, 2008:	$55
Individual marathon* – After July 15, 2008:	$65
Individual marathon* – packet pick-up (Sat. 8/9, if space available):	$75
Individual half marathon* – before July 15, 2008:	$30
Individual half marathon* – after July 15, 2008:	$40

› Refund & Transfer Policy

I understand and accept that my entry fee may only be transferred or partially refunded if FreshAirSports is notified in writing by the dates indicated below. The following rules apply to refunds and transfers:

Entry may be transferred to another person, however a $20 transfer fee will be charged at the time of transfer. Transfers may only occur prior to July 1, 2008. Contact the race director to initiate the transfer process.

Athletes may transfer an entry from the half marathon to the marathon (or vice-versa), however a $20 transfer fee or the difference in race entry fee will apply, whichever is greater. If an athlete is transferring to a less expensive event, no transfer fee will apply however the difference in race entry fees will not be refunded.

Athletes may receive a 50% refund of their entry fee only due to medical reasons if the request and a physician's note is received prior to July 1, 2008. If an athlete purchased any additional items (e.g., technical tee), we will send the shirt to you post-race for a nominal fee but we cannot refund the fee.

Athletes who cannot participate in the 2008 event may transfer an entry to 2009 at no additional cost if the race director is notified prior to July 1, 2008.

We understand that plans change and circumstances happen, therefore we have a liberal refund and transfer policy. Please note that after July 1st, no refunds or transfers are possible.
