›Haulin' Aspen: Race for Free!
Race for free at the Haulin' Aspen Half Marathon or Marathon by raising money for our beneficiary, Mt. View High's Cross Country Team. Pay a $15 "reservation fee" when you register and the fee will be refunded when you send in or bring in your donations. Here's how it works:
- Register online. Choose the "race for free" option - your credit card will only be charged a $15 fee* instead of the entire race registration amount
- Download and complete the donation form (available in both PDF and MS Excel). Use multiple forms if you need them
- Raise $100 for the half marathon or $150 for the marathon (100% benefits Mt. View High's Cross Country Team!)
- Send in your donations (checks only, please!) to FreshAirSports, 86 SW Century Drive, #251, Bend, OR 97702 or bring them with you to packet pick-up in August.
- After we receive your donations, we will refund you the $15 reservation fee
A few additional notes:
- We will recognize everyone who participates in this program at the awards ceremony
- Your donors will receive a tax-deduction thank you letter directly from Mt. View High's Cross Country Team (501c3 organization)

|School sports budgets have been dramatically reduced in public schools. FreshAirSports believes sports are a critical component to a healthy and balanced lifestyle. It is our pleasure to haveMt. View High Cross Country team as our event beneficiary. The team will staff aid stations and volunteer on the course all day. They do an amazing job!
Funds raised will go to help defray the cost of team uniforms, transportation and travel as well as entry fees to cross country meets all over the Pacific Northwest.
