› Cancellation Policy

Coaching clients may cancel their program with a 30 day written notice to FreshAirSports. If client paid for a program in advance, FreshAirSports will send a check for the balance of the program fees within 30 days of canceling.

Pricing: Payment may be made via personal check or credit card to FreshAirSports (via our online Payment service, PayPal). Processing fees apply when paying via credit card. Discounts apply when programs are purchased in 3-month increments. Athletes will be invoiced on the 20th day of the month for the subsequent month’s coaching service. Payment is due and payable by the 1st of the month. If payment is not received by the 10th day of the month, we reserve the right to cancel coaching services. If a check is returned for non-payment, a $25 fee will be added to your invoice. Athletes starting mid-month will be pro-rated for the duration of the month (plan fee/by 30 days x number of days left in month).

Coaching: Each athlete will be asked to submit a completed application for the FreshAirSports Triathlon Team which includes an athlete waiver. This waiver must be signed before coaching begins.

INTRODUCTION
FreshAirSports respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We pledge to use information about our Web site visitors responsibly, and we will not disclose this information for commercial purposes to any person or organization outside of FreshAirSports, LLC, other than as described herein. This statement applies solely to information collected here, at FreshAirSports Web site.

PART I. INFORMATION COLLECTION
FreshAirSports asks you for personal information through our Web site at several points. We collect the following information about primary visitors: name and email address. We may also collect additional personal information such as, but not limited to: address, phone number(s), birth date, athletic training history and medical history.

We collect this information through registration forms filled out online by you, we do not ever collect information without your knowledge or consent. Name and email addresses collected are used to send you updates about FreshAirSports and offers of products and services from FreshAirSports. Emails may include offers from our partners and advertisers but will originate from FreshAirSports. Detailed personal information is used when you have entered into a client-coaching relationship with FreshAirSports and/or one of its coaches. The information is collected on a strictly voluntary basis. To receive our products and services, name and email address is mandatory as this is our primary method of communicating to our user base. Any other information we request is optional.

At this time, we do not employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. In the future, FreshAirSports may use cookies to save preferences and login information so that you do not have to re-enter each time. We may use cookies to provide you with sophisticated shopping functionality, such as keeping track of your shopping cart and its contents as you navigate through the FreshAirSports website.

PART II. INFORMATION USAGE
The information collected by FreshAirSports will be used for communicating company and web site updates and information about new products and services. Users who provide information will receive email announcements solely from FreshAirSports.

Registered users will receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

The information we collect may be used in the future to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history.

We offer links to other Web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours. FreshAirSports is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.

Our Web site may offer chats, message board or other forums in the future. Please be advised that information posted in these venues becomes public knowledge.

If our policy on information collection or uses change, FreshAirSports will advise you by email.

PART III. ACCESS TO INFORMATION
Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find by sending an email to FreshAirSports. Users may have their information deleted from our database by contacting FreshAirSports via email.

PART IV. PROBLEM RESOLUTION
If problems arise, users may contact FreshAirSports via email or via telephone at (541) 318-7388. We are committed to resolving disputes within a reasonable time frame not to exceed 10 days.

PART V. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
FreshAirSports protects user information. Any personal data stored is done so behind a firewall.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in this privacy statement. If our information practices change, we will post and highlight the policy changes, and we will provide customers with the opportunity to opt out of the new data uses.
