Lori Duffy is our California-based coach and lives just north of San Francisco in Mill Valley, CA. An avid lover of the outdoors, Lori competes in half-iron and iron-distance triathlons and has completed three Ironman Races – Ironman Australia and two finishes at Ironman Canada. Besides her “regular” swim, bike and run schedule, Lori also snowshoes, skis, snowboards, rock climbs and scuba dives and does yoga and mountain bikes in her spare time! Her passion is helping others discover how much power and strength they possess by introducing them to triathlon and outdoor fitness programs. Specializing in women’s fitness, Lori recognizes that body image plays a critical role in taking the leap into a triathlon or a general fitness training regimen. She works with individuals to overcome that challenge and help realize a sense of accomplishment and inner strength with the discovery that the journey to fitness is fun! Lori also recognizes the demands of a working professional and works with each athlete to tailor a training plan that meets their athletic goals and lifestyle.
